Who does what

Argan Ride takes your booking and arranges your transfer with a licensed tourist-transport company in Morocco. One of its professional drivers carries out the journey, in a vehicle insured for passenger transport.

Booking and confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once we confirm it by email or WhatsApp, usually within 15 minutes. Please check the details we send you (flight number, date, address, passengers and luggage) and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

Prices

• Prices are per vehicle, not per person, and fixed when you book. They do not change with traffic, delays or exchange rates.
• They include the meet & greet, flight tracking, waiting time, fuel, tolls and taxes, and 2 checked suitcases per passenger plus hand luggage.
• Extras: €2 for each additional suitcase and €5 for each surfboard, golf or bike bag (free on transfers to surf towns). Transfers between 23:00 and 06:00 cost 15% more. Round trips cost 10% less.
• Launch offer: 20% off the regular prices for bookings made until December 31, 2026.

Payment

There is no prepayment. You pay the driver at the end of the ride, in cash (euros, dirhams or pounds) or by card. Child seats are free; optional mobile data for the SIM cards is paid with the fare.

Waiting time and delays

We follow your flight live. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall for up to 60 minutes after the actual landing time at no extra cost, and flight delays are never charged.

If you need longer, for example because of lost luggage, message the driver or us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to keep the car waiting or send another one.

Changes and cancellations

• Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the pickup time.
• Later changes depend on the driver's availability, so please tell us as soon as you can: a driver is reserved for you.
• If you don't show up and don't tell us, we may ask for a prepayment before accepting another booking from you.

Passengers, luggage and child seats

Please give the right number of passengers and bags when you book: we choose a vehicle with room for everyone. If more people or bags arrive than were booked, a larger vehicle or the extra-bag rates may apply. Child seats and boosters are free on request and fitted before pickup.

On board

Seat belts must be worn and smoking is not allowed in the vehicles. The driver may refuse to carry anyone who puts the safety of others at risk.

Responsibility

We arrange every booking with care, and our partner is insured for the transport of its passengers. Neither we nor our partner are responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as extreme weather, road closures or strikes. For a ride to the airport, please keep to the pickup time we suggest: we cannot answer for a missed flight if you choose a later one.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, tell the driver or write to [email protected] within 30 days. We reply as quickly as we can, and within 14 days at the latest.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law and disputes go to the courts of Agadir, without affecting the protection that the consumer law of your country gives you. If a translation differs from this English version, the English version applies.
