This policy explains what personal data Argan Ride collects when you visit arganride.com or book a transfer, why we need it, who sees it and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can: what a driver needs to meet you and take you to your door.
Who we are
Argan Ride arranges private airport transfers in Morocco, starting at Agadir–Al Massira Airport. We decide how your booking data is used and are responsible for it. You can reach us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +212 6 38 65 33 50.
What we collect
- When you book: your name, email address and mobile number, the name for the welcome sign, your flight number, dates and times, the address of your hotel or home, the number of passengers, child seats and bags, and any note you add.
- When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email: your messages and contact details.
- When you browse the site: anonymous statistics such as the pages viewed, the country and the type of device, collected without cookies. They cannot identify you.
Why we use it
- To arrange and carry out your transfer, follow your flight and keep you informed. This is needed to perform the booking you ask for.
- To answer your questions and requests.
- To keep the records that accounting and tax rules require.
- To see which pages help travellers and improve the site, from anonymous statistics only.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or send you marketing messages without asking you first.
Who sees it
- The licensed transport company and the driver who carry out your transfer, who receive what they need for it: your name, phone number, flight, address, passengers and luggage.
- Service providers that run the site and our booking tools, only to provide their service to us: website hosting and delivery (Vercel, Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), our booking spreadsheet (Google), messaging (WhatsApp, Telegram) and anonymous statistics (Umami).
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside Morocco and the European Union, for example in the United States, under their own data protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to provide your transfer and handle any question or claim about it, and afterwards only as long as accounting and tax law require. Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Cookies and storage on your device
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site keeps your language in a small cookie and, in your browser's own storage, an unfinished booking and your currency choice, so you don't lose them. Visit statistics are collected without cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it or ask us to limit it. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the CNDP, Morocco's data protection authority, or to the data protection authority of your country.

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
